Director of Catering Jobs in North Carolina

A Director of Catering in the hospitality industry oversees all aspects of a catering operation, including planning, coordinating, and executing events of various sizes and themes. They are responsible for managing staff, budgeting, ensuring customer satisfaction, and liaising with vendors and venue management. Prior to becoming a Director of Catering, an individual may have roles such as Catering Manager, Event Planner, or Food and Beverage Manager, providing them with necessary industry experience.
