Manager of Catering Jobs in Pennsylvania
A Manager of Catering in the hospitality industry is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of catering events. Their roles include liaising with clients to understand their needs and preferences, designing menus, coordinating with chefs and other staff, ensuring the quality of food and service, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
