A Kitchen Manager in the hospitality industry plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen. They are responsible for overseeing daily back of house restaurant operations, which includes managing the kitchen staff, ensuring food safety and quality, developing menus, coordinating food orders, and maintaining kitchen equipment. They also ensure that the kitchen operations meet the establishment's standards and comply with health and safety regulations.
