Manager of Entertainment Jobs in New Jersey

They ensure all entertainment activities comply with local laws and regulations and meet the establishment's standards. They also monitor guest satisfaction and make necessary improvements based on feedback.
Key skills required for this role include strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and a creative mindset. A deep understanding of the entertainment industry and guest expectations is also crucial. While a degree in hospitality management, event management or a related field is beneficial, it is not always required. However, some employers might look for certifications such as Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) or Certified Special Events Professional (CSEP).
