Director of Food and Beverage Jobs in Bend, OR
A Director of Food and Beverage in the hospitality industry is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations within a hotel, restaurant, or similar establishment. This includes planning menus, ensuring quality of products, maintaining inventory, meeting health and safety regulations, and coordinating with other departments to provide an excellent customer experience. They are also tasked with managing budgets, increasing profitability, and setting strategic goals for the department.
