Director of Catering Jobs in New Mexico
A Director of Catering in the hospitality industry oversees all aspects of a catering operation, including planning, coordinating, and executing events of various sizes and themes. They are responsible for managing staff, budgeting, ensuring customer satisfaction, and liaising with vendors and venue management.
