At The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa , exceptional stays begin long before a guest reaches the front desk. We're seeking a Guest Services Manager to oversee valet, transportation, ski services, and overnight guest support operations while leading a high-performing team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality. What You'll Do Includes:
- Lead, coach, and develop the guest services team, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and exceptional service.
- Oversee daily valet, shuttle, ski service, and guest arrival/departure operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor resources to support operational efficiency and service standards.
- Resolve guest concerns, monitor feedback, and implement improvements that enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Partner with Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments to coordinate VIP arrivals, Marriott Bonvoy recognition, and resort-wide guest services.

Minimum RequirementsOur ideal Guest Services Manager brings at least two years of related experience, including one year in a leadership role within a full-service or luxury environment. They are a confident, service-driven professional with proven success in guest interaction, problem resolution, and team development. Familiarity with Marriott and Westin brand standards is highly valued, along with strong working knowledge of Opera PMS, GXP, and GSS platforms. This candidate excels in communication, financial acumen, and operational efficiency, and leads with emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. A valid drivers license is required; Spanish fluency is a plus.
