We are seeking a motivated, organized, and guest-focused Front Desk Supervisor to lead daily front desk operations and help deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role is responsible for overseeing front desk staff performance, coaching and training team members, supporting housekeeping standards, managing reservations, and serving as a key resource for our property management systems.

The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, and can effectively balance operational responsibilities with outstanding guest service. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenging guest situations.

Key Responsibilities
-Supervise daily front desk operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
-Lead, coach, train, and hold front desk team members accountable to company standards.
-Support and collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure cleanliness and property standards are consistently maintained.
-Manage reservations, room inventory, and guest communications.
-Serve as a point of contact and resource for property management systems and operational technology.
-Handle guest concerns, complaints, and service recovery situations with professionalism and confidence.
-Utilize de-escalation techniques to resolve guest issues while protecting the guest experience and team morale.
-Coordinate effectively with multiple departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
-Assist with front desk coverage and operational tasks as needed.
-Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications
-Previous hospitality, hotel, hostel, or guest service experience required.
-Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
-Experience handling guest complaints and de-escalating difficult situations required.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-Comfortable learning and utilizing property management systems and reservation software.
-Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
-Professional, outgoing, and charismatic with a strong customer service mindset.
-Ability to remain composed under pressure and make sound decisions during challenging situations.

What We Offer
$19.29-$21 Depending on experiance
32-40 Hours Per Week
