About the Role
We are seeking a poised, detail-oriented Service Manager that will act as a manager on the floor to oversee the team during dinner service. As a Service Manager, you come with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. The ideal candidate has a background in fine dining, proven experience in leadership, thrives in high-volume, high-touch environments, and knows how to lead with both professionalism and warmth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the front-of-house service team with energy and clarity
- Maintain the highest standards of hospitality, service, and floor operations
- Oversee daily dining room service, including opening and closing procedures
- Manage guest relations, especially with VIP clientele, ensuring personalized and memorable experiences
- Collaborate closely with the senior leadership, bar, kitchen, and reservations teams
- Uphold cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence at all times
- Train and mentor new and existing staff in service standards and company culture
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a management or supervisory role in upscale or fine dining preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Deep understanding of steps of service, wine, and food knowledge
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain composure during peak service hours
- Experience with reservation systems (SevenRooms, Resy, OpenTable) preferred
- A natural leader with a hands-on, team-first approach
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays preferred. This is a seasonal position.

Compensation: $70k-$80k per year, based on experience
