- Salary range: $90,000$110,000/year (commensurate with experience)
- Performance bonus: 5%10% of annual salary based on store performance (tiered by achievement)
- Eligibility for our store profit-sharing pool
- Paid pre-opening training at Mensho San Francisco (Aug ~ Sep)
CORE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience
- Experience in upscale dining preferred
- Strong leadership and operational management skills
- Responsible for restaurant reporting, internal management, and performance systems
- Ability to manage labor cost and operational cost control
- Hands-on management style
- Japanese language (or Korean language or Chinese language ) ability is a plus

Job Details Lead the opening of MENSHO Jersey City and help shape the future of Michelin-recognized Japanese hospitality. - This is a hands-on, working manager role you will be on the floor and in service every day, leading by example rather than directing from the office
- Must actively work service shifts alongside the team (greeting guests, running food, supporting front and back of house), not a directive-only manager
