About One of Us One of Us is San Diego's first bar dedicated to women's sportsbuilt on community, inclusivity, and an elevated watch party experience. We're not your typical sports bar. About the Role We're looking for a General Manager to lead all day-to-day operations at One of Ussomeone who can hold the vision, build the culture, and run a tight business without losing the soul of what makes this place special. This is a full ownership role. You'll oversee staff, financials, guest experience, vendors, and compliancewhile being a true ambassador for the One of Us brand and mission. We want someone who leads from the floor, not the office. What You'll Do Oversee all bar and kitchen operations, ensuring quality and consistency across every shift Hire, train, schedule, and manage all staffholding the team to a high standard while keeping culture strong Own P&L: manage labor, COGS, and operating expenses to hit financial targets Build and maintain vendor and supplier relationships; negotiate pricing and manage ordering Drive an exceptional guest experience that reflects our brandenergetic, inclusive, and community-driven Partner with ownership on programming, events, and community partnerships around women's sports Ensure full compliance with ABC regulations, health codes, and all local/state requirements Maintain systems for inventory, scheduling, and reportingand build new ones where they don't exist yet Be presenton the floor, during peak service, on big game days What We're Looking For 3+ years of bar or restaurant management experience, with at least 1 year in a GM or AGM role Proven ability to manage P&L, labor costs, and inventory Strong people leaderyou build loyalty and hold standards at the same time Deep knowledge of bar operations, beverage programs, and hospitality best practices Familiarity with California ABC compliance and San Diego health codes Highly organized with strong communication and problem-solving skills Entrepreneurial mindsetcomfortable in a fast-moving, still-building environment Genuine alignment with our missionyou believe in what we're building Why Join One of Us Competitive salary + performance incentives Real ownership over the operation and a direct line to founders Be part of a first-of-its-kind concept in San Diego Work with a passionate, mission-driven team Real opportunity to grow with the company as we expand How to Apply Send your resume and a quick note about your experience and leadership style to ....
