• FOH Management: Lead FOH staff to deliver impeccable service, ensuring every guest interaction exceeds expectations.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet financial goals, including budgets, labor cost management, and P&L oversight.
• Hire, train, and mentor team members to foster a professional and positive work environment.
• Act as the liaison between FOH and BOH to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive team dynamic.
• Build guest relationships by providing a welcoming, polished, and personalized dining experience.
• Uphold high service and operational standards in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
