Were looking for an Assistant General Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads from the floor, and knows how to create memorable guest experiences while building a strong team culture.
What Youll DoLead daily front-of-house operations alongside ownership and management
Coach, motivate, and develop staff while maintaining a positive team environment
Drive exceptional hospitality standards and guest satisfaction
Manage service flow, floor presence, and shift execution
Assist with scheduling, labor management, inventory, and ordering
Help oversee hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational standards
Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively
Work closely with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure smooth communication and execution
Contribute ideas to improve systems, culture, events, and overall guest experience
5+ years of restaurant management experience
Strong leadership skills with a hands-on management style
Positive attitude, high energy, and team-first mentality
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to stay calm and organized in high-volume environments
Passion for hospitality, food, cocktails, and creating experiences
Strong understanding of service standards and restaurant operations
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
