Centrolina is seeking a Group General Manager

Candidates should possess a proven track record of achieving results and building a winning team along with a general knowledge of operational procedures and shift positions. This individual should possess the ability to manage systems and lead managers across the company. A professional who loves hospitality, business and is forward looking.

Execution of all Company policies, procedures, programs and systems. The Group General Manager will ensure achievement of restaurant objectives is reached in all areas while following all company guidelines. They also will ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices, as well as providing leadership, direction, training and development to subordinate managers and crew.

Duties to Include:

  • Fine dining experience is a must, James Beard/Michelin caliber experience desired.
  • Ensuring acceptable staffing levels to build sales and improve profitability
  • Control and manage all areas of cost management including cost of food, beverage, salaries/wages and other expenses
  • Drive performance and sales level improvements for the restaurants
  • Teaching, coaching, leading and developing Managers and the entire restaurant management team to achieve goals.
  • Enforce standards of sanitation, food safety and cleanliness on a daily basis
  • Ensuring new company initiatives are supported and communicated clearly to all managers and team managers
  • Develops and implements operational processes and standard operating procedures to ensure positive guest experience and smooth operations for our team.
  • Experience in overseeing payroll.
Other Requirements:

  • 10+years experience with restaurant operations, experience in multi unit companies desired.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and complete designated tasks
  • In-depth knowledge and precise execution of service in the dining room.
  • Willing to have a flexible schedule based on business needs.
  • Excellent wine knowledge
  • Computers skills essential: Proficient in Excel, Word. Ability to manipulate, create and organize organizational and financial documents.
  • Ability to understand and affect changes in P&L.
  • Experience in catering operations desired.
Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($100,000.00 - $120,000)
