FT Kitchen LeadThis position will be the on-shift lead for our BOH team and will provide creative input and execution for our seasonal specials menu items.1 - 9 pm Tue - FriThis position is slated to start ASAPPlease send over a little bit about yourself and which of the positions you're interested in------Who Are We?A small 39-seat wood-fired pizza and craft beer bar that has been open since 2013 in the shadow of the Space Needle.All of our on-shift Masonry kitchen employees are part of our tip pool (20% to back of house for all transactions and 50/50 split for to-go. Party Favor production shifts are not in the pool), 75% paid insurance for FT employees, shift meals/drinks, employee pricing at our sister spot, Fast Fashion Brewing, as well as Masonry. Sick and PTOWe're listening to good records and watching bad movies throughout the day. A queer-women-owned business, too.Who are we looking for?Responsible, team player-minded, and speedy cooks with a good attitude.Wood-fired pizza experience is a plus, but not required.
