Job Description
  • We are looking for mid to senior level managers for both the front and back of the house to help executive management drive consistency and high performance across all of our operations. Candidates need to have a proven track record of building and managing teams with a positive, win-win management approach. Positions range from shift-level floor management, to line cook leaders, to assistants to the kitchen managers, all they way up to assistant General Manager. You will be involved in hiring, training, and managing staff, and most importantly, for building a team and culture that consistently perform to our high standards -- what we call "The Paradise Way."

    We have openings both full and part time for Front of the House managers, and mostly full time Back of the House line leaders and Managers.

    Experience for these positions is essential, as are solid references.

    Pay is competitive, and commensurate with experience and performance.


  • Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
  • Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
  • Oversee and maintain product quality and consistency
  • Organize and supervise shifts
  • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
  • Work diligently to consistently improve team performance and build the Paradise Key brand
  • Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
  • Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
  • Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
  • Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations

  • Proven positive leadership in building and managing high performing teams
  • Proven skills at conflict management with employees and customers
  • Extensive food and beverage knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
  • Ability to quickly understand and master our POS system
  • Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
  • Acute financial management skills
