Director of Catering Jobs in Alabama
A Director of Catering in the hospitality industry oversees all aspects of a catering operation, including planning, coordinating, and executing events of various sizes and themes. They are responsible for managing staff, budgeting, ensuring customer satisfaction, and liaising with vendors and venue management. Additionally, they may also have to design menus, negotiate contracts, and develop marketing strategies to promote the business.
