We are seeking a passionate and professional Beverage Manager to lead the Beverage Program for our team at Bobo Restaurant in the West Village. If you are passionate about French wine & food and have a background managing successful beverage programs, we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities to include:

  • Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, conduct audits, and manage supplier relationships.
  • Staff Training: Educate service staff on beverage pairings, tasting notes, and preparation.
  • Cost Management: Maintain strict pour cost percentages and optimize profit margins.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure full adherence to local liquor laws and health codes.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of beverage management in upscale dining.
  • Certifications: Sommelier certification (CMS or WSET) is highly preferred.
  • Skills: Proficient in restaurant POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Schedule: Flexible availability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse team and lead a busy restaurant during service!

The position would support our team in all aspects of service and as a leader, educator, and mentor to the management teams and front of house service staff. They will work in tandem with Senior Leadership to build and maintain high performing teams, develop and maintain wine offerings and ensure guest satisfaction.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($75,000.00 - $85,000.00)
