Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for the culinary arts and a flair for management? An esteemed and successful client is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead their team and contribute to the success of their vibrant establishment.

Role: Restaurant Manager
Location: Washington DC and surrounding areas (DMV)
Salary: $75,000-$90,000/year plus full benefits
Responsibilities:
  1. Leadership and Team Management:

    • Lead by example, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
    • Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure high levels of customer service.
    • Manage day-to-day operations, including staff schedules, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
  2. Customer Satisfaction:

    • Ensure exceptional customer experiences by maintaining high-quality service standards.
    • Address customer feedback promptly and implement improvements as needed.
  3. Financial Management:

    • Monitor and manage budgetary goals, controlling costs without compromising quality.
    • Implement effective inventory and supply chain management practices.
  4. Quality Control:

    • Uphold the highest standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and safety.
    • Collaborate with the kitchen team to continuously enhance the menu and dining experience.
  5. Marketing and Promotion:

    • Develop and execute marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
    • Leverage social media platforms and community engagement for brand visibility.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and budgeting.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
