Job DetailsBellecour, Gavin Kaysens French-influenced cafe and bistro in the North Loop neighborhood of Downtown Minneapolis, is looking for a hospitality-driven Cafe & Bistro Manager to lead daytime service and front-of-house operations at Bellecour North Loop. This role is ideal for a service-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced cafe environment, enjoys building strong teams, and takes pride in creating warm, polished guest experiences.
What Youll Do
- Lead and support the front-of-house cafe team during daytime operations
- Ensure smooth, organized, and hospitality-focused service
- Train, coach, and develop team members
- Serve as the primary floor leader during cafe service
- Support scheduling, inventory, opening/closing procedures, and daily reporting
- Maintain cafe presentation, cleanliness, and operational standards
- Collaborate with kitchen and leadership teams on service flow and guest experience
- Support evening dinner service and management coverage as business needs require
What Were Looking For
- Prior hospitality management or supervisory experience
- Strong cafe or bakery experience preferred
- Barista experience is highly preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Calm, solutions-oriented leadership style
- Weekend and daytime availability required
- Occasional evening availability required

Benefits:- Paid Time Off (PTO), in accordance with Minnesota's Earned Sick and Safe Time law, is accrued at a rate of 1 hour per 30 hours worked and is available for use as soon as it is accrued.
