We are seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in a high-volume, family-friendly buffet/QSR environment. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth shift execution, strong team performance, and consistent guest satisfaction while upholding brand standards and culture.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage assigned shifts from open to closeSupervise, coach, and support team members during serviceEnsure food quality, speed of service, and cleanliness standards are consistently metMaintain a family-friendly guest experience environmentHandle basic cash management, deposits, and closing/opening proceduresSupport labor efficiency and operational flow during peak periodsUphold brand standards in a fast-paced, high-volume setting

Qualifications
