The Opportunity Are you a hospitality professional with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences? Strathalbyn Farms Club is seeking a dedicated Assistant Clubhouse Manager to support our daily operations. If you have a strong background in hospitality, food service, and team leadership, this is your opportunity to help cultivate a premier, welcoming environment for our valued members and guests.
What You Will Do
Operations & Leadership: Assist in managing daily clubhouse operations, coordinate staff, and support ongoing staff training and performance evaluations.Guest Experience: Ensure the highest standards of customer service by resolving inquiries swiftly and maintaining a warm, welcoming environment.Event Management: Support the planning and flawless execution of events within the clubhouse facility.Food Service & Admin: Help oversee budgeting, inventory management (including food service and hospitality supplies), and general administrative tasks.Facility Upkeep: Maintain the pristine appearance of the clubhouse and oversee daily facility maintenance needs.Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with other departments to continuously enhance and elevate the overall member experience.
What You Need (Qualifications)
Experience: 2+ years of experience in hospitality management is highly preferred. A strong background in food service operations is a major plus.Skills: Solid foundation in team coordination, inventory management, event planning, and facility upkeep.Mindset: A customer-first attitude, exceptional communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
