General Manager

We are seeking a passionate and driven General Manager to lead operations for a new restaurant concept of a growing and well established Brand. • Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence
• Lead, coach, and develop management and hourly team members to drive performance and engagement
• Maintain high standards for hospitality, service execution, cleanliness, and overall facility presentation
• Partner closely with culinary leadership to ensure seamless front-of-house and back-of-house collaboration
• Manage staffing, scheduling, labor controls, and team accountability
• Monitor financial performance, including sales, labor, controllable costs, and profitability
• Utilize reporting tools and operational metrics to drive business results
• Oversee inventory management, vendor relationships, and operational systems
• Lead execution of private events, community functions, and high-volume service periods
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

• 3+ years of General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or senior restaurant leadership experience
• Upscale dining, polished casual, or fine dining experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing labor, costs, and profitability
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on management style with a strong sense of urgency
• Experience building positive team cultures and developing future leaders
• Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a dynamic, evolving operation
• Experience with Toast POS or similar restaurant management systems is a plus

• Base salary: $75,000$85,000 (commensurate with experience)
