General Manager Responsibilities- Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence
- Lead, coach, and develop management and hourly team members to drive performance and engagement
- Maintain high standards for hospitality, service execution, cleanliness, and overall facility presentation
- Partner closely with culinary leadership to ensure seamless front-of-house and back-of-house collaboration
- Manage staffing, scheduling, labor controls, and team accountability
- Monitor financial performance, including sales, labor, controllable costs, and profitability
- Utilize reporting tools and operational metrics to drive business results
- Oversee inventory management, vendor relationships, and operational systems
- Lead execution of private events, community functions, and high-volume service periods
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
- 3+ years of General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or senior restaurant leadership experience
- Upscale dining, polished casual, or fine dining experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing labor, costs, and profitability
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on management style with a strong sense of urgency
- Experience building positive team cultures and developing future leaders
- Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a dynamic, evolving operation
- Experience with Toast POS or similar restaurant management systems is a plus
- Base salary: $75,000$85,000 (commensurate with experience)
