Job Overview
We are looking to hire an experienced and dedicated Manager to oversee the daily operations of our popular 88 BaoBao store in Concord. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As our store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service.
Compensation
$60,000-70,000 based on experience

Duties
Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Maintain inventory control and manage food production processes to minimize waste.
Ensure effective cash handling procedures and oversee POS systems
Ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation in line with 88 BaoBao policies.
Foster a positive work environment through team management and staff development initiatives.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism to enhance guest satisfaction and experience.
Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure timely service during our rush hours.
Monitor budgetary and sales performance for the restaurant.
Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen and dining areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards.
Skills
Proven experience in restaurant management or similar roles within the food industry.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary experience.
Familiarity with quick service & fast food environments as well as fine dining settings.
Proficiency in cash handling and inventory control processes.
Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team management and development.
Strong customer service with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
Experience in training & development of staff members.
Ability to supervise kitchen operations while maintaining high standards of food safety.
Experience in catering services is a plus.
