Cocktail Bar Manager

Were looking for a qualified professional cocktail bar manager who can consistently run a 12 seat bar and 3 - 4 staff member rotation.

Salary starts at $75k/year guaranteed. 5-5.5 days per week, closed Monday.

Qualified applicants will have a validated resume, the ability to manage inventory, stabilize cocktail cost, manage the bar tenders behavior, discipline and schedule.
