WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead daily front-of-house operations in close partnership with the Owner Chef and Chef de Cuisine
- Roll up your sleeves and work side by side with your team you set the tone by doing, not just directing
- Build and maintain a culture of accountability, hustle, and genuine hospitality
- Schedule, delegate, and inspire staff to deliver world-class guest experiences every single shift
- Uphold and enforce our standards, policies, and procedures with consistency and integrity
- Be the last one to slow down and the first one to step in wherever the team needs you
WHO YOU ARE
- You have 23+ years of management experience in an upscale restaurant or hospitality environment
- You're not afraid to get in the trenches a great leader does what they ask of their team, no exceptions
- You thrive in high-energy environments and bring a competitive, team-first mentality every day
- You have experience opening or launching restaurant operations training new teams, implementing systems, and building a culture from the ground up
- You carry yourself with honesty, humility, and integrity ego has no place here
- You're a team player through and through; laziness and entitlement aren't in your vocabulary
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field preferred; culinary background or certificate is a strong plus
- Wine and beverage knowledge is a bonus
Compensation: Salary ($25.00 - $29.00)
