About the Role:

As General Manager, you will oversee all food and beverage operations, lead a talented culinary and service team, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will manage both a la carte dining and upscale events, maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, service, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all front- and back-of-house operations
• Plan, coordinate, and execute high-end events and banquets with precision
• Collaborate with chefs, event coordinators, and senior leadership to deliver top-tier service
• Manage budgets, labor, and inventory while maintaining quality and profitability
• Recruit, train, and develop team members to meet performance and service goals
• Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and hospitality excellence

What Were Looking For:

• Proven success in a General Manager or senior leadership F&B role
• Strong background in both a la carte dining and upscale banquet/event execution
• Hands-on operator with excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Passion for service, hospitality, and building high-performing teams
