QSR District Manager Benefits and Compensation:
Base salary ranging from $85K to $95K

QSR District Manager Requirements and Qualifications:
Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to the Corning, Syracuse, or Binghamton, NY market
Multi-unit Quick Service Restaurant experience required
Proven success leading multiple restaurant locations with a focus on sales growth, profitability, operations, and people development
Strong leadership, coaching, and accountability skills
Experience developing General Managers and building strong bench strength
Stable work history with strong tenure and demonstrated career progression
Availability to travel throughout the market as needed
QSR District Manager Preferred Background and Skills:
Experience with major burger or chicken quick-service concepts strongly preferred
Background leading traditional drive-thru quick-service restaurant operations
Experience in high-volume restaurant environments with a strong operational focus
Candidates with long-term tenure, internal promotions, and consistent performance history are highly preferred
QSR District Manager Day-to-Day Operations:
Lead and support multiple restaurant locations to achieve operational and financial goals
Coach and develop General Managers and leadership teams
Drive sales growth, profitability, staffing, and guest satisfaction across the market
Ensure execution of company standards, systems, and operational procedures
Monitor labor, food cost, and overall financial performance
Build strong teams and maintain a culture of accountability and development
Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement
