Aramark Student Nutrition provides food and nutrition services to over 350 school districts in the U.S. It offers public and prive educion institutions a variety of dining options including breakfast and lunch programs, after-school snacks, cering, nutrition educion and retail operions. The District Manager is responsible for providing overall vision, planning, direction, and control to assigned units for a large and complex geographic district normally genering $20M+ in revenue. This leadership is accountable for the execution of our food & nutrition programs in K12 school districts, with a focus on growth, cost, and productivity, leading people, and delivering financial commitments.

? A bachelor's degree from a four year accredited institution per the USDA guidelines
? Multi-unit/multi-site leadership in contract food management and/or large scale food service operions
? Ability to demonstre Aramark's value to our clients, customers, and employees
? Strong financial acumen, particularly in a Profit/Loss environment across multiple units/sites
? Leading large teams across a district to deliver an exceptional experience
? Focus on growth of new business and retention of current business
? Leadership - Establish overall ownership and accountability of operional management and financial performance of multiple accounts and units. Model key leadership behaviors and ensure the highest levels of safety, quality, and service excellence for employees, clients, and consumers. Coach & mentor employees by crafting a shared understanding of how and wh needs to be achieved. Reward and recognize employees. Identify and engage top talent and develop team members to their fullest potential within the organizion. Plan and lead team management meetings. Ensure safety and sanition standards in all operions.
? Client Relionship - Establish and maintain effective client and customer rapport for a mutually beneficial business relionship. Identify client needs and communice operional progress. Facilite and support new business and retention activities. Ensure the team completes customer sisfaction surveys in all locions.
? Financial Performance - Build revenue and manage budget with sensitivity to costs and client needs. Ensure the completion and maintenance of P&L stements for the district. Provide oversight and take ownership to deliver client and company financial targets using Aramark systems. Understand performance metrics, da, order and inventory trends; educe teams on key levers to improve margins.
? Productivity - Lead managers in implementing and maintaining corpore management agenda for labor and financial initiives. Ensure value through efficient operions, approprie cost controls, and profit management. Ensure consistent applicion of Aramark?s opering standards and processes (Operional Excellence) with a particular focus on efficiency standards. Understand end-to-end supply chain and procurement process and systems; ensure only authorized suppliers are used.
? Compliance - Ensure unit managers maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers, and employees. Follow all applicable policies, rules, and regulions, including but not limited to those reling to safety, health, and wage and hour.

• A bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited institution per the USDA guidelines
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in K12/Student Nutrition environment preferred
• Proven leadership experience, typically acquired over 5-10 years, including P&L responsibility within the food and beverage industries.
• Demonstred leadership skills with a broad knowledge of management practices, business judgement and client/consumer interaction.
• Confirmed ability to hire, assess, develop and grow hard-working talent.
• Established communicion and teamwork skills to work with all levels on the organizion from the front-line associe through leadership.
• Proven success in a repeable business model, including leading through change and turnaround initiives.
• Bachelor?s degree is required to be successful per USDA guidelines; advanced degree in business or reled field is preferred.
