Position OverviewExodo Hospitality is seeking a passionate, experienced, and results-driven General Manager to lead one of our restaurant concepts and play a key role in the continued growth of our organization.
The ideal candidate is a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, develops high-performing teams, and understands how to balance exceptional guest experiences with strong financial performance.

Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development- Lead, coach, and develop management and hourly team members.
- Create a positive and accountable workplace culture.
- Conduct performance reviews and ongoing coaching.
- Recruit, train, and retain top hospitality talent.
- Ensure all employees embody Exodo Hospitality's values and standards.
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations.
- Ensure exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
- Monitor staffing levels, scheduling, and labor efficiency.
- Execute company systems, policies, and procedures.
- Manage restaurant profitability and financial results.
- Analyze P&L statements and implement improvement strategies.
- Control labor costs, inventory, purchasing, and operating expenses.
- Drive sales growth and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Ensure every guest receives an outstanding dining experience.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain strong online reputation and guest engagement.
- Foster relationships with regular guests and community partners.
- Collaborate with company leadership on strategic initiatives.
- Assist with new restaurant openings and future projects.
- Support company-wide operational improvements and innovation.
- Minimum 3 years of General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and financial management.
- Proven leadership and team development experience.
- Experience managing high-volume environments.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Multi-unit or restaurant group experience.
- Fine dining, upscale casual, or chef-driven restaurant experience.
- Experience with Toast POS and restaurant management systems.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
- $72,000 - $75,000 Annual Salary
- 10 days (80 hours) of Paid Time Off annually
- PTO accrues throughout the year and may be used for vacation, personal time, or approved absences.
- PTO requests should be submitted in advance and are subject to business needs.
