JOB OVERVIEW
Were now seeking an experienced and passionate AGM/Beverage Manager to lead our team someone who thrives in building something from the ground up and is eager to help shape a restaurant that feels right at home in the community.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead and inspire a service-driven front-of-house team with a strong floor presence; act as a key service leader up to five shifts per week.
  • Oversee the beverage program, including menu development, COGS and inventory control, ordering, and vendor management.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team and General Manager to ensure seamless alignment between food, beverage, and service.
  • Maintain a culture of high standards, hospitality, and professional growth.
  • Train and coach staff on beverage knowledge and service techniques.
  • Support operational excellence through scheduling, cost control, and hands-on problem-solving.
  • Manage bar organization and cleanliness, including storage and display areas.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to beverage program execution and general front-of-house operations.
  • Foster an environment that is welcoming, collaborative, and respectful

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant.
  • 2+ years of experience overseeing a beverage program, with strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and cost control strategies.
  • Experience with financial management and how the beverage program impacts overall restaurant P&L.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a passion for mentorship and building team culture.
  • Hands-on operational knowledge, including FOH systems and floor management.
  • Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate a physically active service environment.
Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($60,000.00 - $70,000.00)
