No shortcutsJump on the line and expo during peak when the team needs youWhat we need:Kitchen management experience (KM, sous, or BOH lead)Open and weekend availabilityA real handle on food cost, ordering, and inventorySomeone who runs a tight, clean, organized kitchen and leads by exampleFood Handler / Manager certification a plus.
