This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, enjoys leading by example, and knows how to balance exceptional service with strong operational execution. As Café Manager, you’ll help lead daily café operations, support and develop team members, and ensure every guest experience reflects the warmth and excellence of The Sylvie and Atlas Restaurant Group.

What You’ll Do
Lead the Guest Experience
- Create a warm, welcoming, and hospitality-driven café environment
- Handle guest questions, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and care
- Lead by example on the floor and maintain an active presence during service
- Foster strong guest and team relationships that reflect our culture and values
Support & Inspire the Team
- Coach, mentor, and recognize team members to support growth and development
- Help create a positive, engaging, and accountable team culture
- Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate daily goals, priorities, and updates
- Support onboarding and training to ensure consistency in service and operations
- Step into leadership responsibilities in partnership with café leadership
Drive Daily Operations
- Support opening and closing procedures and ensure operational excellence
- Assist with scheduling, floor plans, and daily service flow
- Help maintain café organization, cleanliness, and storage standards
- Support inventory management, ordering, and receiving deliveries
- Assist with POS system updates, menu button changes, and operational systems
- Monitor café supplies and help maintain proper product levels and cost controls
- Review operational reports and logs to support business performance
Be a Culture Champion
- Demonstrate and role model Atlas Restaurant Group’s Core Values and Leadership Principles
- Bring positive energy, adaptability, and collaboration to the team every day
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve the guest and employee experience
- Support both front and back of house operations as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of restaurant, café, or hospitality leadership experience preferred
- Passion for hospitality, coffee culture, and creating exceptional guest experiences
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

- Knowledge of coffee, espresso beverages, wine, or cocktails
- Experience with POS systems, scheduling platforms, or inventory systems
- A passion for developing people and building strong team culture
