TQM Cafe is a modern specialty coffee + brunch cafe opening this July in The Colony / Austin Ranch area. We're building a space centered around specialty coffee, elevated weekend brunch, desserts, warm hospitality, and the kind of atmosphere people genuinely enjoy spending time in. Think good music, beautiful presentation, fast-paced energy, and a team culture that feels positive, collaborative, and welcoming. We're looking for a Cafe Manager to help lead the cafe from opening and beyond. If you're someone who naturally takes ownership, enjoys leading people, thrives in hospitality environments, and knows how to balance operations with guest experience, this role is for you.
