Were looking for a reliable Front of House Manager to help run our dining room and lead our team. This role is hands-on and works closely with servers and hosts to keep service running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
* Make staff schedules for servers and hosts/cashiers
* Train new team members and support current staff
* Help order supplies and keep things stocked
* Step in and cover shifts when needed
* Make sure guests have a great experience
* Help solve problems during service

Requirements:
* Experience in a restaurant leadership role
* Good communication and people skills
* Organized and able to handle busy shifts
