What Youll Do
- Lead and manage all front of house operations during service, ensuring a consistently exceptional guest experience
- Build and maintain the systems, standards, and culture that keep our team functioning at a high level
- Coach, develop, and hold accountable a tight-knit FOH team with empathy and clarity
- Participate in hiring and onboarding of FOH team members, and lead ongoing training and development
- Cultivate genuine relationships with our guests; youll know their names, their preferences, and make them feel it
- Collaborate closely with ownership on scheduling, staffing, and operational strategy
- Assist in managing labor and operational costs with an eye toward profitability
- Manage floor presence on nights and weekends this is a hands-on role
- Support inventory, opening/closing procedures, and daily operational needs
- Support private dining and events as the business grows
- Contribute to a workplace culture grounded in respect, accountability, and shared pride
What Were Looking For
- 35+ years of progressive restaurant management experience, with a track record of taking on increasing responsibility
- A natural leader with high emotional intelligence someone who can read a room, de-escalate with grace, and inspire a team
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain operational systems, not just follow them
- Financial literacy and comfort with labor management, cost controls, and operational reporting
- Experience hiring, onboarding, and developing hospitality talent
- Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to both team and guest relationships
- Professional, polished, and deeply accountable to yourself and to others
- Availability for nights and weekends required
- Familiarity with Toast POS is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary: $55,000$60,000, commensurate with experience
