Overview

Food and Beverage responsibilities are train, mentor and support staff to deliver high-quality hospitality. Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, collaborate with management on promotions, events, and concerns professionally and efficient, handle guests concerns promptly and efficient.

Responsabilites

Oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.

Supervise opening and closing procedures, ensurinn all standards are followed.

Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and presentation in all F&B outlets.

Supervise, train, and support F&B staff, including seervers, bartenders, and support team members.

Create and manage staff schedules based on business levels.

Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and disiplinary action when necessary.

Ensure complaince with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
