General Expectations & Responsibilities:
Oversee & manage all aspects of the operation to achieve the highest standard in guest
satisfaction. Compliance with all company policies and procedures and federal, state
and local regulations while meeting/exceeding financial goals
Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, professional, gracious
service at all times
Display consistent attention to detail & follow through of all company policies & SOPs
Represent the restaurant professionally through effective communication, cooperation
and relationships with the all business partners
Collaborate with the management team to create a culture and restaurant work
environment based upon respect; foster opportunities for the team to learn, grow and
develop their abilities
Offer positive solutions to problems or issues and be a voice that is part of the decision
making team
Responsible for hiring, training & mentoring FOH staff
Responsible for marketing & promotion of the restaurant to capture more guests and a
larger share of the local market to meet/exceed sales and financial goals and objectives
Manage the maintenance/sanitation of the food and beverage areas and equipment in
the restaurant to protect the asset, comply with regulations and ensure quality service
Resolve customer complaints, as appropriate, to maintain a high level of customer
satisfaction and quality.
Assist in management of the Wine Program including selling, purchasing, inventory &
educatio

Required Qualifications:
2-3 years of service experience, preferably in a fine-dining environment
Basic wine knowledge
Bachelors Degree or Culinary degree is preferred
Excellent communication and organization skills. Ability to interact professionally and
diplomatically with fellow employees & a variety of business partners .
Prior experience/Fluency in Microsoft Word, Excel, OpenTable, POS systems

Physical Demands:
The ability to work long hours on your feet
The ability to lift & move objects up to 40lbs
