Warm Springs Casino Enterprises is seeking a dynamic Director of Food & Beverage to oversee and elevate all dining and beverage experiences across Indian Head Casino and Plateau Travel Plaza.

About the Role

The Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for the overall leadership, strategy, and performance of all restaurant, kitchen, and beverage operations across both enterprise locations. This includes ensuring exceptional guest service, maintaining high-quality culinary standards, strengthening team performance, and driving revenue growth.

You will work closely with executive leadership to develop long-term strategies, foster innovation, and ensure that all food and beverage operations remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals.

What You’ll Do

Lead and oversee all food & beverage operations across both properties

Drive financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

Ensure high-quality food, beverage, and service standards across all outlets

Develop and mentor managers, supervisors, and team members to build a strong leadership pipeline

Enhance guest experience through innovation, menu development, and service improvements

Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements

Partner with executive leadership to implement strategic initiatives and grow market share

Monitor industry trends and introduce new ideas to keep offerings fresh and competitive

A few things we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field—or equivalent experience

Minimum 10 years of progressive Food & Beverage management experience

Proven experience managing multi-unit or high-volume operations

Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis

Demonstrated success leading, developing, and motivating teams

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong understanding of restaurant operations, kitchen management, and beverage programs

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational systems (POS, inventory, etc.)

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Must be 21 or older to obtain required gaming license

Preferred Qualifications

Prior casino or gaming hospitality experience

Licenses & Certifications

Valid Oregon Driver’s License

Food Handler’s Certification

OLCC Service Permit

Ability to pass background investigation and drug screening

Ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license upon offer of hire
