Key Responsibilities:
Manage front-of-house service and team performance
Support hiring, training and scheduling
Maintain operational standards and guest satisfaction
Collaborate with kitchen and bar leadership
Assist with labor management and operational efficiency

Qualifications:
Experience in restaurant management required
Strong floor presence and leadership abilities
Ability to multitask in fast-paced dining environments
Wine or Mediterranean cuisine knowledge is a plus

Compensation & Perks:
$87,000+ salary plus bonuses
