Food Service Supervisor

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to assist with our dynamic food service team.

In this role, you will assist with the daily restaurant operations, ensure top-notch customer service. The ideal candidate is spsomeone willing to learn and is passionate about hospitality, experienced in managing fast-paced environments, and eager to motivate and develop staff.
Duties
Assist in the daily supervision of the restaurant operations, including shift management and ensuring smooth service flow.
Asist with inventory control, including stock rotation.
Train, mentor, and develop staff members on food safety, customer service, and operational procedures.
Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards across all food handling and kitchen activities.
Support catering, banquet, or special event services as needed to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences.
Qualifications
Experience within a quick service, fast food restaurant, or hospitality environment.
Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols.
Experience with POS systems is highly desirable.
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team and foster a positive work environment.
Background in food service management, kitchen management, or restaurant operations preferred.
Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
