Lagos TSQ is looking for a strong, dependable Kitchen Manager to lead operations in a high-volume kitchen in the heart of Times Square.

Were searching for someone who can move fast, stay organized under pressure, lead a team, and make smart decisions during busy service.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands both kitchen operations and team management.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily kitchen operations

  • Create and manage staff schedules

  • Understand and control labor costs

  • Maintain food quality and consistency

  • Lead kitchen staff during high-volume service

  • Communicate effectively with ownership and front-of-house management

  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards

  • Solve problems quickly and keep service running smoothly

What Were Looking For
  • Dependable and flexible

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience managing high-volume kitchens

  • Understanding of labor management and scheduling

  • Ability to make quick decisions under pressure

  • African cuisine and kitchen experience is a major plus but we are open to training the right person with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
