Lagos TSQ is looking for a strong, dependable Kitchen Manager to lead operations in a high-volume kitchen in the heart of Times Square.
Were searching for someone who can move fast, stay organized under pressure, lead a team, and make smart decisions during busy service.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands both kitchen operations and team management.
ResponsibilitiesManage daily kitchen operations
Create and manage staff schedules
Understand and control labor costs
Maintain food quality and consistency
Lead kitchen staff during high-volume service
Communicate effectively with ownership and front-of-house management
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
Solve problems quickly and keep service running smoothly
Dependable and flexible
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience managing high-volume kitchens
Understanding of labor management and scheduling
Ability to make quick decisions under pressure
African cuisine and kitchen experience is a major plus but we are open to training the right person with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
