This role is for someone who can lead with accountability, communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and make sure the train never comes off the tracks.You are the person making sure the deli opens on time, runs correctly, the team stays aligned, the guests are taken care of, and the culture stays strong.This is not a sit-in-the-office management role.
