We are looking for a sharp, adaptable leader to join us as an Assistant Manager. This is a unique, dynamic role where you will wear multiple hatsleading the floor as a top-tier server on high-volume days, stepping into the kitchen when needed, and taking the reins on administrative and supervisory duties to keep the restaurant running smoothly. The Role & Responsibilities You will rotate through distinct types of shifts depending on the weekly schedule and operational needs: Management & Floor Supervision ($22/hr): Run shifts, handle opening/closing procedures, manage cash drawers, resolve guest issues, and supervise the team. You'll assist with scheduling, inventory, and ensuring our high standards of hospitality and cleanliness are met. Back of House Support ($20/hr): Step into the kitchen to support the line, prep, or expo team during critical windows, ensuring ticket times stay low and food quality stays high. Lead Server ($8/hr + Tips): Lead by example on the floor. You will handle your own section during busy shifts, delivering exceptional service while keeping an eye on the overall flow of the dining room and mentoring junior staff. What We're Looking For Hospitality Experience: Strong background in front-of-house service (breakfast/brunch experience is a major plus) and comfort navigating back-of-house operations. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to direct a team, delegate tasks fairly, and maintain a positive, motivating work environment. Adaptability: Someone who can seamlessly shift gears from guest relations to kitchen support or administrative paperwork. Problem-Solving: Cool under pressure, quick on your feet during a heavy morning rush, and sharp with cash handling and basic math.
