You maintain checklists, verify station readiness, and step into any role required to keep service moving and support your team. We love a challenge, and our favorite challenge is to look for ways to make someone s day and inspire the team to have fun.People and Culture: Partner with the General Manager to recruit, hire, onboard, train, and develop staff. You deliver coaching and performance feedback, run shift briefs, mentor hourly leaders, and foster a Culture of Caring that emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.Financial and Inventory Management: Assists with cost control, sales-driving initiatives, and financial reporting. You perform regular inventories, track high-cost items, place supply orders, accept and inspect deliveries, and recommend actions to support margin and operational targets.Guest Experience and Issue Resolution: Responds immediately and tactfully to guest and employee concerns, balancing empathy with practical solutions. You lead service recovery when needed, document feedback trends, and implement changes that reduce repeat issues and strengthen guest loyalty and employee satisfaction.Scheduling and Flexibility: Builds and adjusts work schedules to meet demand, supports multiple sites as required, and works early mornings, late nights, and weekends. You maintain staffing flexibility while ensuring compliance with labor guidelines.Physical and Safety Responsibilities: Adheres to safe lifting practices and is prepared to move and lift items up to 50 pounds when necessary.
