We are conducting a confidential search for a Bar Manager with a high-volume, hospitality-driven concept in Chicago.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong beverage leader who thrives in an energetic environment and enjoys being highly involved in day-to-day operations, team development, and guest experience. The ideal candidate is polished, hands-on, and understands how to lead from the floor while maintaining strong financial controls and service standards.

The operation features a busy bar program with a strong mix of craft cocktails, elevated service, and high guest volume. The company is looking for someone who can bring leadership, accountability, and positive culture to the team while continuing to drive sales and guest engagement.

Responsibilities Include:
Overseeing daily bar operations
Leading, training, and developing bartenders and service staff
Managing scheduling, labor, inventory, and cost controls
Driving beverage sales and guest experience initiatives
Maintaining service standards and operational consistency
Working closely with senior leadership on menu development and promotions

Qualifications:
Prior Bar Manager or beverage leadership experience in a high-volume environment
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer programs
Hands-on management style with strong floor presence
Experience with inventory, ordering, and labor management
Strong communication and team leadership skills

Compensation:
