Were seeking a hands-on Cafe Manager passionate about coffee, people, and running a seamless, welcoming cafe! Youll support both front and back of house, help lead the team, and make sure every guest feels right at home.The ideal candidate leads by example, stays calm under pressure, and exemplifies the standard for hospitality, teamwork, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all daily cafe operations across FOH and BOH with full accountability for execution and guest experience
  • Maintain exceptional standards in product quality, beverage consistency, speed of service, cleanliness, and cafe presentation (palette, ambiance, and visual standards)
  • Ensure adherence to brand beverage standards, including coffee palette execution, recipe accuracy, and drink consistency without deviation
  • Provide creative input and ownership in seasonal drinks, signature beverages, and promotional offerings designed to drive sales and guest excitement
  • Collaborate on and execute marketing activations, limited-time offers, and in-store promotions to increase revenue and traffic
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop baristas and BOH staff with a strong focus on hospitality, skill development, and performance improvement
  • Build a trainable, accountable, and systems-driven team culture
  • Ensure full compliance with health, food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations
  • Support financial performance through P&L awareness, labor management, inventory control, and revenue-driving strategies
  • Manage administrative responsibilities including scheduling, reporting, inventory tracking, and operational documentation
  • Foster a positive, high-accountability environment with strong team morale and clear expectations
What Were Looking For:
  • 5+ years of supervisory or management experience in a cafe, coffee shop, or restaurant
  • Strong operational leadership with a detail-oriented, systems-driven approach
  • High standards for quality, cleanliness, consistency, and service execution
  • Experience with coffee programs, beverage standards, or menu execution
  • Ability to support drink development, promotions, and sales-driving ideas
  • Strong administrative skills (scheduling, inventory, reporting, labor management)
  • Ability to train, coach, and develop a high-performing team
  • Food Manager Certification required
  • Allergen Certification required
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
  • Available to work mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. and have reliable transportation
  • Prior experience in coffee, tea, food service, or hospitality, required
Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($48,000.00 - $50,000.00)
