Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned, passionate FOH Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate possesses an extensive knowledge of food and wine, impeccable service standards, and the ability to anticipate guest needs. Responsibilities: The FOH leadership role supports the General Manager in overseeing day to day operations and is hospitality driven. Responsibilities include overseeing guest satisfaction, resolving complex complaints with professionalism, manage FOH scheduling and training, supporting and fostering a team of hospitality professionals. Qualifications: 1-2 years of management experience in upscale or fine dining restaurants. Previous experience with Toast, Aloha, or similar POS systems. Open table or Seven rooms experience is a plus. Base Pay: $72,000-$85,000 annually
