Rose Pizzeria (SF location / Inner Richmond) is looking for a passionate, detail-oriented General Manager to lead our team and set the standard for every guest experience. You'll be the heartbeat of our operation someone who leads with hospitality, delegates with confidence, and keeps the energy high from first shift to last.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience, ideally in a high-volume environment
  • Innate sense of hospitality guests feel the warmth the moment they walk in
  • Strong grasp of food and labor costs, sales goals, and operational targets
  • Solid wine & beer knowledge to support and elevate service
  • Knoweldge of TOAST & Resy Platforms required
  • Clear, professional communication in person, over email, and in the moment
  • Valid Food Handler's Certificate meeting local requirements
  • Flexibility to work days & nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
  • Positive attitude and a genuine love for the restaurant industry

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Set and uphold the standard for warm, memorable guest experiences coaching the team to exceed expectations every shift
  • Lead, develop, and mentor both hourly staff and management, fostering a positive, high-performance culture
  • Facilitate effective pre-shift meetings, weekly FOH manager meetings, and regular check-ins with ownership and chefs
  • Manage labor and scheduling to meet business needs while hitting labor targets; oversee cash handling, payroll, and petty cash
  • Own all platform logistics menus, hours, and availability and leverage tools like Resy to optimize daily operations
  • Champion DOH compliance and food safety standards; prepare for and manage inspections with confidence
  • Complete required reporting, performance reviews, and HR paperwork accurately and on time
  • Jump in when needed - hosting, bussing, running food & greeting guests

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($80,000.00 - $85,000.00)
